I was stabbing a new motor in and the new valve covers are center bolt style which uses these brackets. I didnt feel like buying $30 aluminum and fabbing brackets up, which I ended up doing. The o2 extensions would have also saved time. I figured if someone was in the area it would make the install easier. I was trying to make a motor install easier and these were two things that should have been thought about, but were over looked. Does this answer your question redls1bird? Excuse me for looking to make things easier. Thanks to everyone else for the help finding these things or giving me alternative solutions rather than posting smart *** remarks. Sorry I posted the same thread in multiple categories but I really needed this stuff.
