What would you give for this? 1999 Pewter Trans AM
Stock motor with ls6 cam and supporting mods. Its knocking though.
Stock 6 speed with a no 4th gear.
Ford 9' with 4.11's
BMR springs, Stock shocks, Torque arm, Adjustable Panhard
Chrome C5 Z06 wheels with Nitto's on the back.
Pacesetter LT's, stock y-pipe, Flowmasters dumped, Lid, MAF, ported throttle body, TB spacer, BBK intake. Stage 2 clutch.
The body is in GREAT condition. it only has 75,xxx miles. Clean inside and out.
He is asking $5,000. Is that a fair price with NO 4th gear and a KNOCKING motor?

I would say no, cheapest 6 speed trans I have seen is like $1300, and a replacement short block is at least $1000 so for $7300 and no work you can buy a running driving, not knocking fully functioning transmission car, and if those are the noticeable things there are other broken or warn out parts that you can't find that will creep up on you all the time. Car has been beat on and probably modded by an amatuer.
