You have a very nice mod list, and low miles, but what is going to hurt your pricing/ability to sell is the year of the car. A lot of banks/credit unions won't loan much money on these cars anymore, so that means someone will need great credit and get an unsecured loan, or use cash (both of which would be hard for most of the people interested in buying your car to do).

I would say in a perfect world, 16-17k would be reasonable for the car. I just sold my 2002 TA with around the same miles for 14k. It was cammed, full exhaust and had a built transmission. But, being that it was 2 years newer, the individual got a loan via Bank of America for the car.

You may have better luck parting out the car and selling it as stock seeing as your have a lot of parts you can sell for good money and there are more people out there looking for a stock car than there are people looking for a fairly heavily modded car.

That is just my .02 cents though...
