$9000 too much for 2000 z28?
I am looking at a 2000 z28 camaro on sale from a private seller. The car has 117K miles, has zo6 wheels and what is said to be "custom" sound system as well as a 350 flow-master. I think without these mods the car would be worth the most around $6. However is this car worth it or should price be lowered.
When buying a used car with mods should the cost of the mods be put on the price.

Agreed with the above posts. Too much! Mods can be factored in the pricing but at a fraction of what they originally cost. See the 'sticky' above for info on mods. Never overpay for mods. When it comes time to sell you will find out the hard way.
