too high by close to 100% ... use http://www.nada.com , it's a good place to start. As I have mentioned here before, other Cars' worth should be based on "sold" cars and not "for sale" cars.

Yes, $25,000 is silly high! That price range is reserved for one-owner ultra low mileage MINT F-body examples. I'm talking mileage under 10,000. Of course 36,000 miles is nice and low but it does not command that type of premium over retail. I think someone is looking for a sucker.
