2008 Mustang GT/CS convertible value - low miles
So -
I'm trying to get some input/information for my buddy's, Mom's, friend.
His Mom's friend has an '08 Mustang GT/CS convertible. It's black, and only has 6,600 miles on it.
What's it worth? Private party value?
It has lower gears, CAI, Hurst shifter -
kbb.com says it's worth ~$25,800 (private party value) ~$23,600 (trade in)
Thoughts/opinions? I don't know squat about the Ford market right now, but the numbers kbb says do not seem very far off.

That's funny you are posting here for Ford info but guess what?? I just bought my GT/CS a few months ago and it had 3,000 miles on it. I was pricing them pretty regular. My GT also had a dealer installed shaker hood which set the original owner back about $2,000. A dealer will ask high 20's for that 2008 low mileage GT and who knows what they will actually sell it for. A 'private party' sale should be right around $25,000 - $26,000. The list price was about $38,000 so it would be quite a deal for someone in the mid 20's. KBB seems to be 'right on the money' with this.
