Default 2002 ws6

So here's the deal.

I love my WS6, never wanted to sell it, but someone made me an offer and I need to know if it's a good deal right now.

I have a 2002 WS6 that has been modified. Here is what it has:

Stock bottom end
TSP stage 1.5 5.3L heads (installed at 120K)
Comp Cam
Rebuilt T56 rated for 750hp (rebuilt at 125K)
Monster stage 4 clutch
Quicktime bellhousing
Sub-frame connectors
T/A relocation
Drive Shaft Loop
LCA relocation brackets
Rear end is stock, but has all new seals
drilled/slotted rotors and new brakes

I'm sure there is more that I am missing, but that's what I can remember off the top of my head.

Interior is 8.5/10
Exterior is 9/10

Car dyno'd at 440 rwhp

Current mileage is 170,000

Offer made right now is 8,500 if I put new tires on the car.

Should I sell?

YES!!! As long as you are ready to let it go and move on to something else.
That's good money for a modded car with those high miles. The question is, is this one of those offers that everyone gets from time to time? Many people state they will give you decent money but when 'push comes to shove', they suddenly don't have the cash or their 'wife won't let them', etc....
IMPORTANT: I would NOT put new tires on the car just in case he backs out. Negotiate them into your price and let him get the tires he wants.
