2002 Firehawk A4 70K Miles

Saw this Firehawk on Craigslist and thought it seemed a bit cheap. I'm going to contact the owner soon to see if anything is wrong or needs to be replaced. How much would this car normally sell for with this mileage? Seems to be minor damage on it, but I don't see anything too out of the ordinary.

I got a response from the owner that the car was involved in a minor accident involving only the fender and it's listed on the Carfax according to him. Waiting for a VIN so I can check it myself. He said there's some peeling paint and needed for both the headlight motors and the passenger window motor needs to be replaced as well. It hasn't been inspected this year and isn't insured either. I'm considering staying away from it, but what would it be worth in this condition?
