Default 01-02 Camaro pricing

Selling my 1990 rx7 off soon and was wondering what a reasonable price is for a 01-02 m6 z28 or Ss camaro? I'm looking at ones with over 100k miles, seems the prices around me are stuck at 7000+ are these common prices for mostly stock cars? they don't have more then a cat back or a lid. Just trying to get some info before I jump on one.

Thanks in advance!

The '01 -'02 model years will of course be a bit more expensive than the '98, '99 and '00 models just due to age. No way you can lump in all LS1 F-bodies into one price, not yet anyway. The prices you are finding are accurate for 100,000 miles cars. They will get cheaper as the mileage rises but the risk of getting a poor car gets higher as well.
One thing to remember, the prices you see in ads are asking prices. If you found a decent F-body with an asking price of $8,000, don't give up on it. Being in the seller's driveway with cash in hand can greatly influence a seller. You may just drive away with that car for that $7,000, maybe even less if your negotiation skills are sharp. Good luck with your search!

Thanks! I'm at the point where I need to decide, I'm building a lq4 to swap in an dc need to decide if the newer ones are worth it or if I should just buy a separate ls6 intake., research time!
