Buying or selling?? If selling I wouldn't take anything less than $43,000 with those ultra low miles, especially a 3LT. It might take awhile since we are in the Christmas season but I would hold firm at that price for awhile. Some really low miles (lower than yours) 6 speed 2010 Grand Sports with the base 1LT option are selling in the low 40's so you should be right around that $43,000 mark at least with just a few more miles than these two examples, both private party and dealer..
