You really haven't offered any info on the car, such as condition, but one thing is for certain, always offer less than an asking price unless it's a steal of the decade. This car isn't.
This is a buyer's market. Work it to your advantage. No one is lining up to buy heavily modded 100k miles F-bodies.

Thank you! It needs the drivers seat like most of these f bodies. Dash is not cracked and some scuffing on the nose from normal nose rubbing.
