Default 1998 Z28 1LE 6spd

I'm very interested in this car and would like an opinion from the group on what would a fair price for the following car would be. Thank you in advance!

1998 Arctic white 1-LE Z/28 6spd 2 owner car 121000 miles.

Below is the description from the craigslist ad:

98 1-LE Z/28 6spd car....#88 of 106 ever made!!!.. car is all stock with the exception of a Flowmaster muffler put on by the previous owner.. the car has been garage 90% of it's life and is an original Az car. Car is Arctic white with black top and the paint is in great condition no fade or peel of any kind anywhere.. the interior is dark gray cloth and that all is in great shape.. no wear marks on the driver side bolster at all.. headliner and door panels and the rest of the interior panels are in great shape has well...car still has the factory koni adjustable shocks on it has well...the only thing that has been done is the a/c system was replaced when I purchased it...it has a new compressor ,hoses, receiver dryer, orifice tube and of course the a/c is ultra cold and of course the heater works perfect!! New window tint has well... car still has the factory chrome 5 stars on it with good tires and there are no codes or check engine lights either...current emissions and tags has well..... has you all know they only made 106 of these factory light weight hard top option less 1-LE's in '98 and this one is #88.

Sounds like the car is in great shape and well maintained for 121K miles. I'd do a magnet test on the metal panels to ensure there's no repaint. Though at this mileage, it might be a plus. If the car was built before April 1998 then you don't have to worry about the roof panel bubbling that plagues all the 1999-2002 cars. Just a regular Z28 in well maintained condition ought to be around $4K to $5K. The 1LE premium could be 20-30% premium on a low mileage car. So maybe worth an extra $1K on this higher mileage one....but just a swag. Most buyers wouldn't assign it much of anything. Another way to approach this is how low a mileage regular Z28 M6 in nice stock condition would be the equal of this car? 65K? 75K? 85K miles?
