Default At What RPM should a Good Street Tire Spin?

I've had these crappy chinese Sonar tires on the z since I bought it (over a year), not only are they one size too big but they spin very easily, I'd say 3k rpm, sometimes before that. As in, without even trying sometimes. The size being too big caused weird alignment wear on the edges of the front tires. These damn Eagle 077 wheels are too narrow and 255's are too big.

I'm getting new Toyo T1r's tomorrow, 2 in front, then 2 in back next week. What should I expect? I know that all street tires eventually spin, but what's a good tire like this handle before it starts spinning. I'm not expecting to hook all the time, but I'd think I'll grip better, right?
