Default Will an 18x10.5 wheel with a 305/35/18 tire with 36mm offset fit?

I have a set of 18x10.5 Chrome Z06s that I havent put on yet, they have a 36mm offset. I looked under the FAQs and it says that a 38mm will work... Will I have issues with a 36mm?

You should be fine since you'll be running 305s. If anything, you may need to do some slight fender modifications.

With the 36mm, they will probably be slightly past or even with the fender. You will most likely have to roll the fender if the car has been lowered.
