im looking at ourchasing a set of chrome wheels this weekend, but they have light oxidation and water spots from sitting outside in the weather for a while. what are the best ways (other than stell wool) to clean these up? so far i have heard these are pretty decent, just wanted to get first hand opinions...

-meguires NXT metal Polish
-Mother Chrome Polish
-Old No. 7 Chrome polish
-Eagle One Never Dull Wadding Polish
