Has anyone stripped them and polished them? I know its alot of work, but mine are in bad shape and I don't mind doing it. I just did a set of draglites and they turned out pretty good. They had some pitting so I had to sand them down and polish them.

I'm just not sure about the gunmetal though. Has anyone done this or no?
