Default Trouble fitting c6 staggered wheels on 97 TA

I purchesed a set of c6 5 spoke wheels off craigslist this morning for 630 bucks with eagle one run flats 70% tread, but my excitment was short lived. I attempted to mount the rears which are 285/35/19 and quickly relized the scrub the inside of the wheel well . I need some help ! What size spacers do I need? And will the fenders need to be rolled out?

1.25" adapters/spacers on the rear...actually if you've got a TA, you can even use 1.5" if you'd like a little wider stance. They will fit perfectly once you get the spacers. I paid $67 shipped for mine of of eBay. Look for 5x4.75 spacers/adapters. Fenders won't need rolling after that.

However, if you're running the stock C6 tires, then there's a good possibility it will set off your ABS light. It doesn't like tires that are more than 1" larger in overall height.

Here's a pic of what you're looking for:

If you're running the OEM C6 18's on the front, they won't need the spacers. Just the rear 19x10's w/79mm offset need the 1.25" spacers.

Doesn't that make the front tires have a wider stance than the rears?!

The front 18x8.5's were pretty flush with the front fenders without spacers...the rears then sit flush with the rear fenders with 1.25" spacers.

Here's how my rears looked with a 1.25" spacer:

OK waiting on ordered spacers the ones I bought locally turned out to be converter spacers. They accept a 5x120 and step down to 5x115 (mustang) I believe. Well I have a TA the front fenders look like they are slightly wider then on the camaro. I tired them on the front without a spacer and it looks sunk in. So I ordered 1.25 in the rear and 1 inch in the front. I'll post after install thanks for all the help guys. P.S on the bright side the guy I got the spacers from felt bad and gave me a k&n Original intake for the 50 bucks! SCORE!
