People who want 275/40/17 KDWs come in There have been some rumors on the forum that the KDW will no longer be made. Thats partly true. BFG is making the 275/40/17 in the new tread pattern, known as the KDW2. So the traditional tread, the normal KDW is dead. They will be ready in october. This is coming directly from Michelin. Just thought id let all of you know

The BFGoodrich G-Force KDW size 275/40ZR17 will be replaced by a new item
number in October 2009 in the Traditional Tread design. At this time, there
is no current production.
We will forward your request to our Marketing Department for future
consideration in manufacturing the BFGoodrich G-Force KDW in size
315/35ZR17. We will also forward your request for producing the BFGoodrich
G-Force KDW size 275/40ZR17 in the new tread design.
