All depends on the offsets . . . I honestly have never heard of a 18" x 8.5" ZR1 replica though . . .

I love my 17" ZR1's. I never weighed them, but they don't seem too heavy to me and for the price you can't beat them.

They will fit fine. A tad tucked in, but will basically fit like a stock SS wheel.

A 245/40R18 would be your best sized tire too.

For a 18 x 9.5 wheel, 275/35/18 or 285/35/18

275/35R18 is your best bet on tires. Plus the overall diameter of the tire does not change . . .

Rubbing, would all come down to the individual car, and if you are lowered. I run 38 mm offet 9.5" wide wheels, and on my car, lowered 1.5" the corner of the tire does ever so slightly rub the plastic wheel well liner at full turn lock. You to not see or feel anything, but is leave a tiny rub mark on the plastic.

Out back I honestly do not see and issue . . .

I'd definately go with at least a 9.5" wide wheel so you can run a 275. 245's are really not enough tire for the drive wheels on these cars IMHO.
