Default another tire and wheel question

I was wondering if it would be safe to run a 295 tire on a stock SS 17 inch wheels. Tire in question is the Mickey Thompson ET street 2 P295 45 17

On thier website there wheel specs is 9.5- 11. inches.

Would that be pushing safety since it is right on the edge of the specs?
