295/50/15 or 275/60/15

295/50/15 or 275/60/15 I currently have Indy Profile SS which are l60-15's. (275/60/15) and they have 9.5" tread width.
Bf goodrich Radial T/A's 275's only have an 8.9" width.
Cooper Cobra GT Radials have 295's with a 10.1" width.
My question, should i just stay with 275's and have a bit smaller tread pattern or move up a bigger size with the 295's.
Bf and Cooper are my choices because Im not spending more than that for tires. lol. Im not dragging with it. I dont need $200+ tires.
