? About Powder coating rims

I looking at get some c6 z06 wheels. Black with (machined lip) or (stainless steel lip). Can these lips get powder coated black. These are deep dish rims and that what I am looking for.

The center of the wheel is already black. I like for the whole wheel to be black.

I dontt think they come that way. I did get with (Silverghost) and he said they can be done.
