Is there a ZR1 17x10.5??? Guy says he has 2

I was looking around and a guy has 2 chrome ZR1 17 x 10.5's... He does not know who manufactured them. Does anyone have any clue as to who would of made these? I cant find any information on that size wheel.

Its probably a 9.5 inch wheel but he is measuring from the outer portion of the wheel. Which if im not mistaken will make the wheel 1" wider.

unless they are custom no. there are 17x9s, 9.5s and 11s

When you measure are you supposed to measure from the inside lip, to the other sides inner lip?
