bolt pattern question anyone know if camaro wheels will fit on a mercury mountaineer my wheels are after market but should all be the same i guess. i have a guy looking at buying them but we are unsure if they will fit or not. 5X114.3 is what it says the mercury is and i think the camaro is 5x120 but i have no clue what that means. anyone have any insight on this.

No they won't fit. Ford is a 5x4.5" bolt pattern and GM is a 5x4.75" pattern (same as you posted but in inches instead of metric).
What that means is there are 5 lugs that're spaced 4.5 or 4.75 inches apart.
