this question may be out there but it's worth a shot
I recently put on some TTII's on my 98 T/A and now have the factor rims just sitting around. Don't really care to sell them (I will if someone interested and in the Wisconsin area ), so I was thinking of trying to put them on my 71 Monte Carlo.
I found that the lug patterns actually fit. But then there is some major rubbing going on, too much as to where I wouldn't even want to attempt to start "fabricating," not with that car anyway.
I'm semi-familiar with "spacers" that you can buy to put on your car if the offset of your rims are wrong. Anyone have any experience with putting newer, bigger rims on old cars like this? Any insight or ideas about the spacers or what to do to get them to fit? Do I have to find longer lugs if i get a spacer?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

just look at how much clearance you need from the inside of the car then look up some billet spacers that are hub centric.
