new rims help??

I'm putting 17x9.5 c6 wheels on my car I'm also lowering my car an inch I have a 2001 ws6 will I need adaptors

17x9.5 wheels with 275/45/17 tires will fit fine. I have the OE Wheels C6 vette wheels on my TA. I don't think lowering the car will require adapters.
