I think you would get better responce in the drag race tech section.Hoosier 17317? Thats Hoosiers QTP bias ply DOT tire right? There is a thread on QTP vs MT et streets and how good they work on there now.

Yea your right thats their drag radial not the bias ply.I think the drag section will still get you more info. There are people using Hoosier drag radials but I think the MT ET street radial is more popular.Hoosiers do have real good bite but are probably less street friendly than MT.I think they wear faster than MT's and the MT's don't wear very good. You can notice from pictures that the Hoosiers have very little tread so don't get caught in the rain.

Yeah i don't drive the car in rain, but it seemed the Hoosiers would hold 800rwhp better then MT's figured id try them if i don't like em ill go to a 325 mt. i like the sidewall on the 17317 better then mt's for 275's and i know im asking alot of them for 800rwhp on the street lol. but cant really run at track til i can get the cage in. wonder if ill get a ticket for them on the street if/when i go to car shows and what not haha. they do say not for highway use on them maybe ill file that down some haha.
