C5 OEM wheels clearcoated?
I bought a set of OEM C5's the other day and noticed some pitted areas on the inside portion of the rim. I sanded a couple of the spots with 400 grit and it was noticeable brigther than the rest of the rim. Does that mean that it is clearcoated? I believe to get it looking good I will have to sand the entire inside portion of the rim. If I do that just go with 400, 800 and then 1000 grit and polish it right?

nice to see another member for the ville on here. I have a winter set of OEwheels C5's that have been beat to death by the salt from the winters here. Thanks for posting this thread.
