Default Looking to buy track wheels/tires

....or "slicks" and "skinnies" if you prefer. They are 15x3 185/60/15 tires and
15x8 28" tire

I'm sure the fronts will fit with no problem, but will the rears fit? Only suspension mod I have is bmr lowering springs. I plan on upgrading everything soon but I'm wondering if it will fit on the car as it sits? Stock 275/40/17s are right at 27" and those fit with no problem but I know these are a different ball game.

FYI, Stock 275/40/17 are not 27" tall. They are 25.7" tall.
Don't know if 28" will fit or not though.

Technically they did fit, tried them on last night. But only had about 1/2 inch of clearance around the tire...so if I pick them up I'll have to find some 26" tires
