Default Fitting Y2K wheels

I picked up a set of Y2k wheels a while back and would like to get them to sit flush with the fender on my 99 Trans Am. Does anyone know what size spacer would be needed?

Rear 18x9.5 +65
front 17x8.5 +58

Thanks
