I don't have any experience with the KDW2 but I had the original KDW on my Camaro and I loved them.

i ran the original KDW as well (loved them). never touched the new tread KDW (look stupid).

Why arent the Nitto NT555 an option? Or Continental ExtremeContact DW?

Discount Tire Direct carries Nitto and that is where i have bought all my tires over the past 10 years.

More props to Discounttiredirect as cookba said, they normally have the lowest prices and if you call they'll knock a few more bucks off generally. Shipping is also fast!

Nitto doesnt make the nt555 in 295. Trust me thats what i have on my stang?!!!

I actually did some research and found that Hankook Ventus V12 EVO tires were ranked very well. I think im going to go with those.

Oddly enough I have the Hankooks on my wife's BMW. They work fine for it but it's a 230hp sedan not a Camaro so I can't comment how well they'll work on your car. I read a lot of reviews before getting them and like you said the reviews were great.
