Default WTH happened to the PROSTARS thread?

What's up guys? I know it's been a while for me but didn't there used to be a Prostars thread? I did a google and and searched possibilities for this forum and couldn't find what I was looking for. One of these days I'll get around to a nice narrowed rear do I can get my 15x10 w/5.5" b/s.

I wouldn't really say trends. There are numerous more tire options for 16" and 17" rims now than there used to be. 16 and 17" rims mean to caliper grinding and in alot of cases now, no spacer on the fronts. You can have large front brakes now and still run a big and little combo with 17" wheels and tires that hook.

I dont disagree though, the prostars will always look good, especially on the LT1 cars.

Yeah a Lil caliper grinding on the rear don't bother me much and the small spacer in Tyne front isn't a big deal either but I don't blame the LS1 guys for wanting Yup keep their bigger brakes, hell I actually like the look of the 17" on the front and LT1 cars are under braked, lol!

i still rock them, why because im to broke to buy anything else at the moment lol, when i gotthem there wasnt the wheel options there are now,its worth the lil extra money to get something that bolts right up,if you buy new your buying spacers, studs, grinding disc that cost could go towards nicer wheels, unless you find a set cheap its not worth it imo anymore, not to mention streetlites n weld rts look so much better and are a much more quality wheel,my wheels look cheap comparedto others

Been busy, back to the thread. I bought my Prostars for $250 for all 4. I love the look of the Streetlites but I can't justify new drag wheels when I have these. Besides, Prostars are just classic.
