Spacers needed?
I just got some used C5 rims, staggered and in great condition (except I noticed one of the fronts is slightly different/lighter color but still a c5 rim; my guess is it's authentic/replica difference). Anyways! The rim measurements are 18x9.5Jx65 (65 being the offset?) and 17x8.5Jx58. I was hoping to put 275/40/17 on the front and 295/35/18 on the back. Any problems?

You could get 25mm spacers for the front and back. The front wheels would get pushed out about 10mm more than stock and the back would get pushed out about 16mm more then stock. By the way, I have a pair of high quality bolt on spacers for sale here .

It would be flushed with the fender, and it would look like this one, that's if you went with 285 instead of 295. I wouldn't go wider then 285 on a 9.5" wheel. With the 25mm spacer your rear wheel would be like if it was a 40 offset, which is exactly what that firebird has, and his are also 9.5" wide.
