Tires sizes for OEM C5 Thin spokes 17&18' Hello all,
i'm looking to buy my second 4th Gen Camaro.
The car I like has only winter tires.
Front: 245/45/ZR17
Rear: 275/45/ZR18
Are the normal tire sizes for OEM corvette C5 thin spoke rims?

For the rears it's 275/35/18, 45s are very tall. I have seen people put 295s on the rears multiple times and they fit great, no bulging and a tad meatier looking so it helps with the look of the car. If you want to go by the book and only use recommended sizes then 275/35/18 would be the size, or 275/40.

I'm running 295/35R18s rear and 275/40R17 fronts on my 97 Z with C5 thin spokes. The 275s are a bit wide on the front, they rub the inner fenders at full lock a bit but the rears fit PERFECT! no BFH mod, no fender rolling, and perfectly flush with the fender edge (1" spacer). Just don't launch them with good power and lowering springs at the track....you'll have fender/tire interference on the right rear, ask me how I know.
