Default Weld Draglite XPs

Would I need to grind the calipers or use spacers on an 02 SS to fit 15x8 Draglite XPs on the rear?

I believe those would fit directly.

They are very heavy, almost all of the benifits of running a drag rim is nullified. Unless your purchasing them if you like the way they look and not for performance gains, just stick with your stock rim. That rim is very narrow (unless the class of racing your running in states you can't use more then a 10.5 tire. You need a 10 inch rim for an 11.5 wide tire.

I do like the way they look better then the economy rims.

Yes they will fit with no grinding. As far as weight, they're not super light like an aluminum, but they are ton's lighter than the stock.
