Default about to buy ZR1's or Z06's?

Im going to buy some rims and im looking at 2 kinds...

on the zr1's i want the 17x11's out back and the 17x9.5 up front

on the Z06's 17x9.5 up front and 18x10.5 out back

What would be the best offset for these on an 02 Z28----ill be running DR's most of the time.

Thanx in advance

I would go with chrome ZO6 rims: 17x9.5 up front with a 275-40zr-17 tire and 18x10.5 in the rear with a 345-30r-18 BFG G-Force T/A Drag radial. I would have the 18x10.5s widened to 18x12.5 too.

The ZR-1's 50mm offset front and rear.

The Z06's get 53mm offset front and rear (If you can find 50mm all the better).

If you're going for drag radials, I say go with teh zr1. A 17" DR will have better sidewall flex and hook better than a stiff shorter sidewalled 18" DR.
