ARP studs NHRA legal?

Default ARP studs NHRA legal?
If I run 15x3.5 draglites with a 5/16" spacer and ARP 2.5" studs, along with some shank style lugnuts.....will this be NHRA legal?

If not, what 3" stud will fit on the front of a 99 LS1?

NHRA doesn't check front lugnuts from what i know...just the rears.

I pass tech with that setup all the time. IHRA and NHRA.
