Default 315s on DD?

Does/has anyone run 315s/rear on their F-body DD? Have you run them in snow and winter type driving? It seems like you can only get 315s in HP Summer or drags.

Any input is welcome.

I run 315s on my TA. I drive it everyday. For snow and ice they suck but to tell the truth I couldn't tell a difference between them and my stock 275s. I've used them and haven't had a problem. As long as you are careful you should be just fine

Why would you want a wide tire, if it were to be driven in snow? The wider the footprint, the worse the tire is in snow! (Which is the reason why they don't sell that wide of a tire in a all season/winter tire) I would say just get a set of take off rims, and put winter tires on them for the winter months if you drive in the winter...

That's a good idea. I may go that route.

I have a set of snow tires and rims that I need to get out of my garage. They won't clear my 13" brakes, so they must go. PM me if you need a set.

I would not run a 315 or even a 275 in the snow. I run a proper narrow snow tire and they work great for snow use.
