Default Does it matter what offset you get?

I have an 02 Camaro and I was planning on buying some used z06 rims for much cheaper than the new replica ones but i think they have a different offset (like 56mm or something) but can I still fit them on? Thanks!

Offset can play a very important roll, from actually fitting on the car, to maximum appearance. OEM front Z06 wheels fit OK, the rear 10.5" wide wheels have a rather large offset (61mm if I recall correctly) and they will not fit a F-Car with out spacers.
