2/32ths Tread Depth on new MT ET Street Radial??

Default 2/32ths Tread Depth on new MT ET Street Radial??

Saw this on Summit Racings description of these tires.

Can this be right? In most states 2/32 is the minimum legal tread depth. One good night at the track & they're illegal?? Can't be. Could someone with a pair please measure the tread depth.
