Default AR Rebels...bacspacing help needed...

OK. I'm gettign a set of 18" AR Rebels in July. I want 9.5" wides but they don't have them. Can I do 10" is the front? (stupid Q) I need help deciphering the backspacing and some other info that the AR site gave me..

Part No.------Size----Offset---Backside----Bolt Circle
699-8963----18x9-----25--------6---------5-4 3/4

699-8163----18x10----41------7 1/8-------5-4 3/4

What do they mean by backside? What offset do I need for these to fit? Will I need spacers?

I really don't want to have to do 17" in the front and 18" in the back. But if I do they have the Rebels in 17/9" by.....

-------------17x9---- 25-------6----------5-4 3/4

Thanx...

Dont know if this help but I was looking at these on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1 . It says the backspacing. I was thinking of getting them until i heard that the rear wheels are like 30 lbs each . I believe thats like 10 more than the stock wheels. If you go by the 1lb of rotating mass = 8 lbs of stationary that is like adding 160 lbs to the car for just the rear wheels .

Default +25 Offset

The +25 offset in the front seems like it would hang out a little far on a Camaro. Might work better on a Firebird.

Do you have any pics of the front? I am thinking about getting some Rebels but I want 17's all around. I cant stand my 18's in the back and lack of traction they provide. I wish I woulda stuck with my 17's.

Hi there bayer-z28, I don't know where these other people are getting there info but check out my car. http://photobucket.com/albums/a197/choicecam00/ Just have Discount Tire fit a wheel with the same backspacing and offset b4 you order these wheels. I have the 18/9&18/10s and they fit perfect, as you can see in the pictures. Later
