I just had a nice conversation with a lady at Goodyear and I now have an idea of what to pass along.

275/40R17 - They are scheduled to start production on April 10th, we should see stock 2-3 weeks after that. (May 1st)

315/35R17 - They are scheduled to start production on April 20th, we should see stock 2-3 weeks after that. (May 10th)

275/35R18 - Over 1000 in stock in their warehouse.

If you're needing these Goodyears in the future, please place your orders as soon as possible. These will go fast.

I paid about $330 a tire for 315/35/17's about half a year ago from a Discount Tire Co. close to me.
