Default New Converter = New Tires

i'm about to buy a 3500 stall converter, and i'm sure that my tires wont beable to grab the road, so any suggestions on what i should go for??
The car is my daily driver but also my weekend drag car, so need tires to handle both situations. And i have the stock 16" rims
I been looking at BFG G-force T/A KDW's (1 & 2)
is there anything anyone else would suggest. and also what size should i go for in the back?
thanks for the help

If you want to hook at all with that converter, you're going to want some sort of drag radial....not a street tire. Do a search on nitto, bfg and MT drag radials to see which one is right for you.
