Default Narrowing a wheel?

Hey, my dad needs a 7 inch wheel for winter on his 05 Goat. I was wondering if it's possible for the wheel to be narrowed. I've heard of widening a stock wheel, but not narrowing it.

I believe it's usually the same price to either widen or narrow a wheel. It's $200 at Wheels America (next day turn-around) www.fixrim.com
