Default powdercoating

I was wondering if the stock rims could be powdercoated. I dunno a whole lot on the subject and I'm not sure if you can powdercoat the chrome. If so, do any of you have pics of stock TA rims powdercoated black? And how much would it cost if I can do this?

I looked into powder coating locally here in Dallas, and from what I found its about 30-35/ wheel to powder coat them, and about 55+ to prep them and sandblast them

try http://www.thomasnet.com/

I also looked into anodizing, its about the same cost

If you could anodize them it would be much stronger and last longer than the powdercoating IMO.

I priced around my area for powercoating, and it looked like it would be about 300 for a set, including having them stripped, so I just painted them, but I know I will probably have to do it again if they don't wear well.
