Default Screw in tire

I just had a new pair of nitto dr put on my car 2 weeks ago and maybe have 500 on the tires and I found out today that i have a screw in one. I want to know if the tire is worth plugged and if I do will it still be safe to drive on or should i just get a brand new tire. I didnt get any kind of warranty that I know of on the tire b/c as far as I know Jegs doesnt offer one and DTD was sold out of the tires when I was trying to order them.

most tire retailers can put a patch on the inside, it would be alot more reliable than just a plug.
