Default Which tires to buy?

Hey i have a car thats got mminor bolt ons (exhaust, cai, and lid). my Z is a summer car and every once in a while i have to drive it in the rain so i dont wanna steer myself towards MT et street radials. i was thinking more along the lines of it will make my car hook well, and be street able. here are the choices i came up with:

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...d=004720&ar=50

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...d=004720&ar=50

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...d=004720&ar=50

i like the hankooks a LOT but they dont come with a warranty. the nittos do and a buddy of mine actually milked that warranty when one of his tires got a flat with a few thousand on it, he got a brand new one for free. the only thing with the nittos is it doesnt look like a good tire that would dead hook. the nitto drag radial does, but its garbage once rain falls.

help me out, thanks everyone
