my first post.. simple tire question will the goodyear eagle F1 GS-D3 315/35zr17 fit and not rub on the back of a 96 firebird formula that is NOT lowered and has 17x11 ZR1's with +50mm offset without banging out the inside wall?
and do you think the goodyear eagle F1 GS-D3 285/40zr17 is a safe bet that it wont rub seeming how they are wider than what they claim?

The Goodyears do run quite a bit wider. I have the el cheapo Sumitomo 315s on 17x11s with 50mm backspacing and have no rubbing. I didn't have to touch the fenderwell either. Mine is lowered though, so that may help mine out with missing the bumpstops.
