Default How would you fix this? (Studs Lugnut Related)

Thats how the car came. Prev owner said the shop didnt have deep enough lugs when they added the extended studs. Do they make deep lug nuts? Or what should I do? Thanks,
John

Obviously they didnt have the right length, Im sure a shop wouldnt have left it like that unless they had no other means.

As for extended lugnuts, look at the tip of the stud, For a lug to be that deep, it would portrude a good deal.
