If you remove your wheels you should be able to see the rub marks on the inner fender if it is rubbing.

When my dad put 11" wheels and 315's on his camaro he needed to take a bit off the lip of the fender, hammer the inner fender well in about 1 1/2" and then move the bumpstop a bit in. He simply cut the stop off, made a steel bracket, and rewelded the bumpstop further in. The rubbing of the fender well, while not good, isn't terrible for your car or tires. On the other hand, if you are hitting the bumpstop, which a stock z28 does, your wheel is going to take a beating.

The only way it hits the bumpstops, is while the vehicle is jacked up and the rearend is "floating" or fully extended.

Because your car is lowered, you will have to get an adjustable pan-hard bar. Otherwise the rearend will never be centered correctly. And with 11's & 315's, this is going to very critical.

I'm not real sure, but you may also need to take a hammer to a small portion of the inner fender well.
